Privacy Policy — RASNET VPN

This Privacy Policy explains how RASNET VPN ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses,
and protects your information. By creating an account and using the app, you agree to
this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: the email address and basic profile
(name, profile photo) you provide when signing in with Google or email.
- Device information: platform, operating-system version, device
brand and model.
- Network information: your public ("ISP") IP address and the IP
address of the VPN server you connect to.
- Connection logs: for security, fraud-prevention, and abuse
monitoring we record each VPN session — the time, the selected server location, the
session duration, and the amount of data downloaded/uploaded.
- Usage data: your remaining free-time allowance and subscription
status.
- Advertising data: our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may
collect advertising identifiers to serve rewarded ads.
We do not inspect, record, or store the contents of your network traffic
or your browsing history. We retain connection metadata only, as
described above.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the VPN service.
- To enforce free-tier limits and manage subscriptions.
- To protect the service against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- To provide customer support.
- To show rewarded advertisements to free users.
3. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (authentication, database) — stores your account
and logs.
- Google AdMob — serves advertisements.
- Google Play Billing — processes subscription purchases.
- Our VPN infrastructure provider — operates the VPN servers.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
4. Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Connection logs are retained for a
limited period for security purposes and then deleted. You may request deletion of your
account and associated data at any time (see Contact).
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by
contacting us at the address below.
6. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data
from them.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated"
date above.
